Endeavour specializes in regulatory compliance for retail clients. Endeavour has assisted several of the world’s largest retailers in assessing their environmental compliance requirements and has provided custom solutions to their issues.

Hazardous Materials Compliance
Endeavour was involved with several major retailers in the development of the UL WERCSmart tool for assessing retail hazardous materials characteristics. Endeavour has assisted retailers in the development of TSCA reporting for imported materials.
Endeavour has worked with retail clients to assess the requirements for imported appliances, HFC materials and blown foams under the requirements of the f-GHG reporting rules. Endeavour has also worked with clients to develop allowances under the restrictions of the AIM Act.

Retailer Compliance Auditing
Endeavour has completed numerous audits of distribution facilities, other income producing activities (including optical labs and packaging), and has worked to assess the vectors used to repurpose retail returns.
Endeavour has conducted detailed assessments of disposal, recycling, and refurbishment operations and well as charitable donations and resale operations.
